If English (United States) u is above English (United Kingdom), select the three dots pictured across from English (United Kingdom) v and select Move up w

 Confirm that English (United Kingdom) is now at the top and English (United States) is underneath u

Select the three dots v across from English (United States) 

Then select 3Remove w

Select Yes when asked to confirm the removal of English (United States)
